If you are ever downtown and looking for a quick and delicious cup of coffee, you should stop by Patika Coffee which is in a trailer at 2nd and Congress. They make each cup fresh when ordered.
Today I had an iced latte (decaf of course) and it was simply outstanding. They have simple syrup there to sweeten the iced drinks (works better than sugar). Genius!
They also have a variety of croissants if you need to get your munch on.

The Machinist
I watched The Machinist last night via Netflix "Instant Movies". It was utterly shocking to see the transformation that Christian Bale went through for this role.
I really liked the movie overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Recommended.
