Tonight is the last of my "smoking cessation" classes! And on a scale of 1-10, I am a 10 in the "confident that I can stay quit" department!!! Today is day 13 of no smoking and they say that the worst cravings are over in 14 days. I can already tell that the worst of my cravings are gone! YAY!!!
